I agree to the conditions and terms of those presenting this event including SkyQuest Outdoors and Whispering Cedars Baptist Camp.  I will abide by the regulations and requirements of the same, and conduct myself in an honorable way.  I will uphold and abide by all the laws of the Nebraska.  The total cost of the hunt is $395.00.  My down payment of $200.00 is enclosed with this application.  (You may also use PayPal, follow payment link on following page)   You may elect to pay the full amount at this time.  Any balance is due on arrival at Camp Whispering Cedars on April 17, 2008, and is non-refundable at the sole discretion of SkyQuest Outdoors and/or Whispering Cedars Baptist Camp.   

Submitting this form serves as my agreement as outlined above
