I agree to the conditions and terms of those presenting this event including the Fellowship of Christian Sportsmen Plus, SkyQuest Outdoors and Whispering Cedars Baptist Camp. I will abide by the regulations and requirements of the same, and conduct myself in an honorable way. I will uphold and abide by all the laws of the state of Nebraska. A signed "Hold Harmless Agreement" is required before hunting. The total cost of the hunt is $500.00. My down payment of $250.00 is enclosed with this application. (You may also use PayPal,  using jmccullough@skyquestoutdoors.com as the receiving account.) You may elect to pay the full amount at this time. Any balance is due on arrival at Whispering Cedars Baptist Camp  on April 29, 2011, and is non-refundable at the sole discretion of SkyQuest Outdoors and/or Whispering Cedars Baptist Camp.
